This Christmas i held my wish come true
This Christmas i woke up with the two people who make my world
This Christmas my house smelt of love and glowed with peace
This Christmas i had the warmest souls in my home to beat the cold outside
This Christmas i knew my little tree would be a lucky one to greet a little girl
This Christmas i thanked God for every smile i have had on my face the past one year
This Christmas i hoped i would see less tears in the days to come

I wished for a brighter sunrise, a happier home, a cleaner earth, a smiling cop at the traffic signal, a healthier looking child sitting on the road side, a few patients at any hospital, a lighter school bag for every child, a larger salary for my man, a better math score for my  little niece, a smaller medicine bill for my parents, a better tennis score for my father in law, a spicier Biryani the next time i cook, a thinner waistline and a broadening smile, a louder laughter from the watchman who gaurds my home every night, a lighter moment to enjoy every day, an extra pair of shoes for the boy who cleans our car every morning, a little babydust for someone who is prying for it, a longer night  before every monday morning, a smaller excel to compile, a brighter ray of sun for your plants in the terrace, a juicier bone for your canine love, a quicker grasp of using Skype for my mommy , a secret voucher reaching all your mailboxes someday when the day has been bad, a sudden admirer sending you that :naughty" text, a random picture of you in the mirror or your 3.5 pixel mobile phone turning out to be amazing, a lesser stuffy nose for all my allergic friends, a pimple free face before a major family function, the perfect perfume to mark your presence on a first date, lesser traffic on your way home, fewer horns if you stay right on a busy road, a surprise 100 rupee note in your jeans pocket, an old lipstick inside your purse, a new follower to your blog, a nice and witty series of comments to your blogpost,an old friend found on facebook ,the perfect home cooked meal for dinner on a Friday evening, the perfect blanket for the slouching on the sofa in winter nights and all your prayers answered !!

and oh  Malini did her bit in making me smile on a day when i found 3 grey strands of hair  looking at me from my pony tail, by giving me the Versatile Blogger Award. Ideally the rule says i can only pass it to 15 fellow bloggers, but you guys are my favorites and so lets keep it open. 1. I cry every time G and i fight...EVERYTIME !

2.I love talking to babies and animals , more than adults

3.I have currently 45 pairs of footwear, but my favorite are my "hawai chappals"

4.I drink milk after i splash some milkmaid in it (a little indulgence never hurts )

5.I am a Bengali but never had sea food, yes thats right "never had sea food"

6. I am really bad at internet banking

7.I have a major migraine issue and it's cured with Chilly Chicken, G and my medication (Yes, in the order of preference )
