Finding true love is just a ...

The other day i met up with some old friends..no no not old like grey haired, but the ones with whom i colored my hair flame red and the ones with whom i took Tequila shots and danced on the bar!!

And you know i realised , i am still the same, minus the red hair of course.I did get drunk, i did talk giberish, i went up to the DJ and told him how much i love my husband and why he should play only Dire straits, i also walked up to him again , and said "you are a cutesy" because he played my favorite "Romeo & Juliet", i did a couple of Tequila shots, some red wine and some breezer and also a little bit of Vodka, all this while, loking at G and saying"Oh how did i get you???"

Surprisingly getting drunk with your friends, singing the school anthem in the car, crying over runny mascara, loudly commenting to friends"i think my husband has a super cute ass" is still fun and i can never run out of such fun as long as there are good friends , G and Vodka.

I dont know if i have ever shared this with you guys but sometimes when i am not drunk, on a sunday afternoon, as we lie on the couch reading books or playing scrabble i put down a wishlist to the man who has fulfilled all my wishes..even the ones i dint wish to speak aloud to myself for fear of disappointment, were all answered by this one guy..so here is some of the "priorities"

Even though the husband wants to upgrade to a Volkswagen , i insist on an SUV, and it has to be a black Honda CRV or a steel grey Tata Safari

I insist that that the big car should be able to manage a very naughty child strapped in the back seat, a LCD on the back seat playing Shrek 3 and right next to the little monster would be our first love, wasuli. Dont laugh, thats what i am gonna call my black lab puppy..of course he will be the most terrifying black lab puppy in the area. The one i want to walk with every morning, as i listen to my IPod which shall play my second favorite song"Dekha jo tujhe yaar, dil mein baji guitaar"...no no i am not kidding!!

And we shall very often be seen packing our bags, our barbecue grill in the car and heading towards our very own farmhouse...what good is a farmhouse if you are not able to look after some stray dogs and senior cattle..do not call them "old " they do not like it. senior is an acceptable term.

I dont know how many of you know this, but i am very fond of cooking and though i can not make the perfect chappati i do have quiet a name in Chinese and baked cuisine. So yes, once i stop working, as in quit office, i shall ensure the house smells of cinnamon frequently, the backyard garden shall have its own cherry tomatoes and oh yes, G would be proud of showing to all his flair at gardening.

We have always been a very different couple..i mean we are two different people with some very different radical choices and yet cant do without eachothers company..so when we play scrabble and he makes a word like "subtle" i usually chip in a word like "tub"

And you know what..i dont much care about the CRV or the Farmhouse, but yes Wasuli scores high on my wishlist and so does the lil monster. A lot of us who have followed Carrie Bradshaw and the girls from Sex and the city always look for love, look for brands, look for gorgeousness..but honey let me be honest..its all in you. Right now, as you are scrolling down the page, twirl your hair a little, sway your fingers a bit, pout your lips a little and see...yess..thats called "being gorgeous" and if you are waiting for your perfect man or the mystery woman, believe me , they are safely tucked away somewhere, taking Tequila shots, running on the beach or walking to show support for a Gay parade..no matter what we think and what we plan, He definitely knows how to spring a surprise. If you feel gorgeous, pet a street dog, feed a Parle G biscuit packet to the little beggar boy on the traffic signal,if you help a man with a red and white stick cross the road, inspite of missing your bus, if you compliment your father on how nice he looks in the new yellow and brown t-shirt and swear that your mom is the best in the world...The Man up there will just , one fine day, surprise you and you would look into those perfect eyes, hold those hands , feel intoxicated and blurr out " How did i get you "..just like i do...everyday!!!

PS:Bloggers Meet in pune could be a wonderful place to take this discussion further...anyone from Pune game for some coffee and conversation????

That is such a pretty picture , the dog +car+farm house. I had to leave my dogs in my house on the outskirts with a very friendly neighbor because the house i live in right now has monsters for neighbors .
Honda CRV will be my first car whenever i can save up that much money . Also have you checked the new small car in Volkswagen ? It almost looks like a beetle i want one of that to :) will your husband be sweet enough to shower your blogger friends with cars as well :-)

Remember a few years ago Louis - Vuitton has launched a large red, louis vuitton outlet white blue woven bags, at the time known as the red, white and blue plastic bags of migrant workers. Today, the well-known brand Louis Vuitton 2011 bag in spring and summer launch of the Louis Vuitton series, the proposal adopted by the LV pattern woven red, white and blue, and almost the same as the domestic plastic bag, can not help but thunder bursts. Price, but it is no unambiguous, thousand dollars more than the price it is even more worrying sales! What is the latest popular fashion wave packet? Change can be taken to see Queen Street, know a little, Louise Roe has always been known as the popular benchmark, every appearance is like a carefully prepared look, people see the elegance and luxury, this bright orange handbag LV, the pressure flower leather LOGO material, highlighting luxury temperament. Black side camel cape jacket sleeve is a small canopy IN the latest fashion products, with black stockings and high heels, leopard water table is a good choice. New series marked with the familiar skull gorgeous debut, the concern is that this season, designer Sarah Burton in the tassel, apart from knitting and rivets, adding a new "leaf" element, it all themselves. After winter, Louis Vuitton Belt spring recovery in all things be far behind?
