What is your current obsession?

i am going crazy deciding curtains,wooden panels,light shades,water purifiers,fans,nameplates,cupboards...moving into our own home..G's and mine :)

2. What are you wearing today?
White shorts,blue stripped t-shirt,wedding band and some "Oceanus "body mist from Body Shop(slurrrp)

3. What's for dinner?
Chole with aaloo parantha and achaar :) punjabi ishtyle full complete with Chass

4. What was the last thing you bought?
I got this gorgeous sandal from Pepper at shoppers stop..its all shiny and bronze,perfect for my new ethnic wear collection for work.

Indian Oceans "Ma Rewa" from their album"Kandisa"

7. If you could have a house totally paid for, fully furnished anywhere in the world, where would you like it to be?
Somewhere in Koh Samui in Thailand,next to the beach with the crystal clear water lapping against the shore.

I was born and raised in Jharkhand, so dint get much time to explore the Bengali in me so missed out the gorgeous script

(PS: I plan to tattoo G's name in Bengali on my wrist for the anniversary next month)

Shivraj, my best best friend back home.

ohh it changes according to my mood but off late i have picked up a penchant for Fuschia

heyii this is not a very fair question for a girl cuz you will never hear anyone say "i have ONE favorite" so here goes mine

i have got ink running in my veins and my soul is a clod of words..thsi is what i love doing and luckily it gets me my bread too.

Cosmopolitan..hands down!!!

I would have to choose between perfumes or clothes.....i guess a new pair of Tommy Jeans and a Hidedesign bag will be perfect.

18. What do you consider a fashion faux pas?
sport shoes with salwaar kameez,in office,G keeps complaining about what he sees in his office:) so i know what a disaster it is.

19. Who according to you is the most over-rated style icon?

Aishwarya Rai perhaps..not too sure with this one

20. What kind of haircut do you prefer?
I like men with Italian Mafia hairdo,cut to perfection and gelled in place,and women..oh i simply adore the curls and the bounce of wavy hair

need to feed "Fishy" , my goldfish..she seems to be a little lazy today

Oh i love such questions and my honest suggestion is for all to try the Body Shop Volumiser Mascara,Revlon black kajal and Nivea strawberry lip balm..please one more...Khadi herbal body oil

Love ,colors, children,friends and songs

Always wear well fitting clothes

its always a pair of those lycra churidars with a "Stop" kurta

Ellaichi and kesar walli chai and if its CCD then has to be their cold cafe frappe` (without ice-cream)

28. What do you do when you are feeling low or terribly depressed?
I get myself flowers

go to the parlour for a pedicure

speak to G or meet friends

if i fight with G then its usually a visit to a friends place,or mall or parlour

and if its late at night then,

i bake a cake

watch Travel and Living

call up my friends

Sulagna..in Sanskrit literally means someone who brings in good times!! Cheers ;)

Wow i am liking this tag now !! let me see...gulab jamun,chocolate mouse,brownies,choco-chip muffins with coffee,maalpua and shir kurma

Oh it has to be the monsoons,masal chaai ,pakode,books and a cozy corner for all them to come together..ummm has to be monsoons :)

33. If I come to your house now, what would u cook for me?

i dazzle at making chicken biryani and "maalpua" and thats my all-time favorite menu for dinner -do's


34. What is the right way to avoid people who purposefully hurt you?
you are asking the wrong one here..i also refer to myself as the "Ass-Hole Magnet" i have a knack at attracting the wrong kind of people

35. What are you afraid of the most?
Losing someone I love.
