Cupcakes and awards and tags

Saturdays are special for us..like all married couples we pull out the post-its and write about things we need for the week and things we need not buy next time..for instance, someone got very excited on seeing Californian Pistachios at a mall and picked up a HUGE pack of it. I was promised it will be consumed every day but its been lying in one of the kitchen trolleys ever since, and i am splurging it for friday night drinks with friends. Anyway s talking of things we dont need, i saw an Easter egg and was immediately in love with it, believe me it asked me "where were you all this while lover". I was still trying to come out of its blue and pink designs, when G said "cholo baby,billing hoe geche""(in Bengali:lets go baby billing is done) Of course husbands are insecure species, even if its an Easter egg, so while i was letching at my candy,the husband finished the billing so no more new items are added to the list.

Obviously i dreamt about it that night , so got up from my sleep and though of seeing if any friend is online .And then i opened Nil's blog...and there!! right there i saw the new love of my life..pink cupcakes with cherries..and to make matters even more heavenly, it was an award!! haaa...somehow i have been lazy with awards and tags, but i owed it to this pretty little cupcake "hellow lover, where had you been all this while"

Nil..or Nilanjana Bhattacharjee, is like a bright ray of sun that comes into your room,warm,makes you dizzy with its charm and makes you wish for more. As a little sister, who shares the amazing bond of Pink Patialas with me, this kid will make you pause..think..and compliment , everything she writes..thank you honeysuckle..i love having your name as "sibling" on my FB page..it feels wonderful

Three things i love about myself..now thats a bad thing to ask a narcissist because three is too less..i love the way my hair falls on my face when i leave it untied, i love the fact that i have such a wonderful family and a husband who makes me live my dreams and of course, i love every minute of being a woman, proud, strong, confident ,wise and beautiful!!and oh since i am supposed to tag 5 people.. i think thats unfair because everyone who is friends with me through my blog is absolutely special, and i wish everyone of you could take this tag and the award. It takes a lot of imagination and time to write something which people will appreciate..so this one is for all of you , the 99 special people i have and to anyone who come son this blog for the first time...blogging is all about making friends and connecting...
